Em 1996 fotografei expedições arquelógicas no norte de Minas. Foram encontrados esqueletos humanos que viveram há + ou - 5 mil anos, pinturas rupestres e artefatos. Em uma das expedições meu colega Xexeu, conseguiu um helicóptero para fazer fotos e vídeo. O chefe da equipe, Professor Prous, arqueólogo francês e o piloto saíram de helicóptero para dar uma olhadinha na região. O helicóptero bateu em um fio de alta tensão que não tinha sinalizadores, foi atravessando por árvores e caiu. O piloto não teve nada e o Professor André Prous quebrou a mão. O helicóptero simplesmente acabou e eu e meu amigo do vídeo, ficamos sem documentacão aérea. Na foto acima, o jornal onde podemos ver mão quebrada do Professor Prous. In 1196 I photographed arquelogical expeditions in the north of Minas Gerais, Brazil.In one of the expedition, we obtain (sponsorship) a helicopter to make video and photos.It happened in one morning, the group already was working in the place, when the helicopter arrived.The head of the team, Professor Andres Prous, French archaeologist, never had seen the area "from top",then he asked for pilot to give it a go, before me and my friend of the video arrived.The helicopter crashed into a high-voltage wire (without sign) and fell on the ground between trees.Me and my friend was arriving in my old jeep and only heard a big bang. It was a shock.The pilot and the professor had left safe.The left hand of the Prof.Prous was broken, the helicopter was for the garbage and I and my friend finish the work without aerial documentation.
